R18 million and R13 million per annum from initiatives addressing long-standing, previously overlooked constraints. A deeply analytical, systems-thinking approach applied to utility consumption and value-chain bottlenecks.

Earlier in my career, a fuel-gas conversion on the ethane cracking and ethylene purification plant, proposed to senior management, tested at no capital cost, and made permanent. It saves the company R36.6 million per year.
